Text in product master

Hi -

There are 5 texts ( e.g official description, commercial description, short text ) in the classification TAB of the product master. These text are gets the value from the HTS code assignment and some texts are left blank.

Is any of these text can be opened up for user entry or not possible ? The reason would help user to change the description as required or add comments and pass it on to the feeder system with the standard program "/SAPSLL/STAWN_RETRANSFER'
