Billing Output Type is not getting triggered for one Customer

Hi ,

For one of Europe Customer, Billing output type is not getting trigger. only for one customer we have this problem, for rest of the customer its works perfect.

Config is good.

Once in month this is happening.

We are not getting any clue why system is behaving in this manner. through RV60SBAT Billing is happening.

Is any one came over this kind of issue, Do we have any OSS Notes for this?

Moved from SAP ERP SD Billing to Output Management.  Did you check the Determination Analysis from VF02?  Share the screen shot of that.

Hi Lakshmipathi,

Yes I checked Vf02, It's production issue, once the user finds output is not triggered he manual triggering the output,

I cannot provide the screen shots, as it is security breach.

Hi Seegal,

Its not happening at all for this customer or happening but once in a month it misses for this customer?

If its not happening at all, check your conditions for output VV31/32.

Could you confirm accordingly.

Thank you very much for your quick response,

Once in a month it's not getting triggered, rest of the time output type is getting trigger,

Master data is perfect no issue in that,

Only for one customer we are facing this problem.
