Understanding Sales Order Transaction process flow between MM Module

I'm very new to SAP and as such I'm simply looking to create a diagram that maps a sales order creation transaction and the points of integration with the Materials Management Module. I have been following the following link: Link Between SAP SD, MM & FI

Here is the diagram I have produced:

However, I'm very new to SAP and as a result I'm not to sure if this diagram is correct based on the link. Could community memebers possibly advise on a) whether the diagram is correct or not b)  where more detail can be added. Thank you.
