create a discount after changing the computer price

     Hello Experts,

I changed the price of the materials in the sales order, then i decided to make a discount,

the  system is not taking the discount because i changed the computer price.

kindly, is it possible to make a discount after changing the computer price?!

Example:    computer price = 1000 $

                  New Price        = 1200$

                  Discount Rate  = 16.667 ==> cant do it

                  Final Price       = 1000 $

This is possible to enter discount even after changing price. In your case please update the steps you are following and also check is there any routine assigned to discount condition type?

We've tried to make a discount after changing the price. We couldnot make a Discount.

We can change the price after discount but this will cancel the discount.

any advice!!!

Hi

I  was expecting your steps that you are following.

If your discount condition is manual then you can simply enter new discount condition after changing the price. There is no issue in it in standard until you have done some customization or assigned some routine. Thats why I asked you to check this as well.

You change the price and then enter discount condition again. What is the issue or error you are facing> Kindly explain it.

Hi,

its my fault

material computer price is 900

Sales Order ZNGO ==> material condition: ZCPR = 1000

now we want to make a discount==> zdcp = 10 ==> the value remains 1000

at this stage nothing happen because we changed the computer price first.

the value must change to 900 but it doesnt!!!

what should we do??

I discussed this issue with the management, they told me that they are blocking Discount after changing price.
