Difference between user license types

Hi all,

what is the difference between the SAP Business Suite Professional license type and the SAP Netweaver Professional license type?

If my user has purchased the Business Suite license, but when running the system measurement, they only see the Netweaver option available, can we classify their user as SAP Netweaver Professional?

Hi

In USMM - System measurement you should select correct "Price list" and "User types".

Then you will have required options available for user classification.

that's the weird part, we even made sure that the user had selected all the options but yet, that particular user type still will not appear. Would SAP penalize for incorrectly classifying the user as Netweaver Professional instead of Business Suite Professional?

All license audit issues you can clarify with your SAP representative.

From your posts it looks like you have somehow broken system licensing part.

I don't know your system level but maybe you need to do update.
