Organizational Data - All Company Code Check

Dear All,

I am new in SAP FI. I am creating a Credit Control Area. In the last there is a check named Organizational Data - All Company Code. What is the purpose of it?

Hi Narinder,

The Credit control area controls the information of credit and controls the credit for all customer.

It can be valid for one entity or multiple entity ( a single customer can buy from multiple entities of same organization, e.g. Pantaloon and Big bazar)

Now different organization / legal entity has to be created like a Company code and hence the check box/ configuration is to control whether the Credit information is valid for one entity / company code or all  company codes
