Logo and theme changes are not displaying in IE11:

Hi Experts,

I am implementing Fiori SAP Smart Business Apps for sFIN. I have uploaded company logo and implemented some changes i.e. in Header Bar for color etc in custom CSS in "Theme Designer", but these changes are not replicating in "Fiori Launchpad", the details are as follows:

UI5 Version Service from SICF shows below version information (1.28.1):

Kindly guide me on the same.

It worked, I have applied below SAP Notes:

• 2171959 - UI theme designer for ABAP: Version 1.10.6
• 2159897 - UI theme designer for ABAP: Images not saved to server
