Selective Deletion threshold parameter

Hi,

Has the parameter BW_SELDEL_PERC_THRES changed to RSDRD_SD_710_THRESH in BW release 731? And in case we want to change the threshold parameter for selective deletion which of these should be changed?

Hi,

I have already referred these notes but in some notes they are saying BW_SELDEL_PERC_THRES

should be changed while in others they have mentioned RSDRD_SD_710_THRESH .I debugged the program and found that RSDRD_SD_710_THRESH  is being used in our system which is on BW 731.So I wanted to know whether BW_SELDEL_PERC_THRES  is for the older releases.

BW_SELDEL_PERC_THRES is for older release. if you see note 792435  Selective deletion: Using temporary tables, Solution for 3.0

and notes 1587690 Problems with selective deletion in packages

1759583 BW data deletion with adjustable package size are for solution 7.00 and above which refers to RSDRD_SD_710_THRESH parameter.
