Hi Ashwin,

What client are you using (WPF/ATE/Any device/Emulator) ?

Also have you copied smp_crt certificate in your client directory in case of WPF/ATE and installed certificate to trusted root authority.

If any device/emulator is used have you imported same certificate in device/emulator and installed there.

AK

Hello Ashwin,

Could you please let me know, what the real issue was with ODBC and how did you fix it. Even I am getting the same issue and I am not able to fix this.

Hi Purayil,

Have you copied the smp_crt certificate. If you have already did that then what database you are using. According to that do the ODBC configuration by referring below link.

Hello Ashwin,

Thanks for the reply. By copying the certificate you mean to copy it to the folder where the Agentry client is running right? (I have already installed the certificate to the trusted root directory)

Also I am using the Java VM to connect to the SAP Backend system, I am trying to setup SAP Work Manager Application.

Purayil,

This issue is only related to SMP certificate. The certificate you are using in Agentry is not correct. That could be due to creating a certificate using localhost. Try to create the smp_crt using IP or host name.
