cogi error update

hello

While doing MFBF confirmation particular raw material if its shortage

its not getting posted  to COGI

I have to remove particular material then I have to do MFBF confirmation

generally if its shortage it will get posted / cogi it will reflect as shortage

once their is stock we can post it .

Need some inputs regarding this

  Check the REM Profile assigned to material. and check the configuration for the REM profile Assiged
to material using T-code.OSP2.The setting in the error correction for backflusing Decides wether COGI is allowed or not.

Hi Ganapathy,

I hope you have set the backflush indicator in routing.work center or material master. If this is set then it should go in COGI it there is material shortage.

Check if you can find the reprocessing record on transaction MF47.

Hi JG,

Please check the "Error correction for Backflushing" in the repetitive manufacturing profile that is used for material.

Check if you have settings to carry out goods movement correction as Mandatory or Optional ? Also check if you have maintained indicator for post processing record. These indicators control movement of components to COGI in case of error.
