distribution of costs from a sales based settlement

Hi,

In our normal contracts,  we are distributing the costs to cost centres using CO settlement.

When I run a sales based settlement,  i find that the costs are not getting distributed, and not getting picked up in CO settlement.  the reason being, the sales based rent condition does not have a fixed value as such and a cash flow item is created in the contract after i process the sb settlment.

is there any way to distribute the SB settlment costs to cost centres?

Hi,

Please check if you have select the distribution formula for the sales based condition in RECN, under condition tab.

Hi Bowen,

Thanks for your reply.  I maintained the distribution parameter in RECN but didnot maintain the same in condition definition.  After i maintained it in condition definition,  system distributed the expenses correctly, even though it didnot show any amount in distribution parameter in RECN.
