Error in opening Planner,SAP GRC10 PC

Hello,

When we are trying to open planner under assessments in NWBC for Process controls,after providing time frame and proceeding further,system is

throwing error with dump "ASSERTION_FAILED"

But previously it was working without any error.

Any idea what might be the reason.

Dear Admin,

Normally this occurs if you provide incorrect time frames in planner

Check the provided time frame is exist in SPRO

General Settings>Key Attributes>Maintain time frame frequencies

if exists check whether is in active or Inactive state,it should be activated

check and let us know if helps

Issue is Solved

Somebody changed the time frame frequency and which is inactive

Now changed to active and working fine
