Removing unnecessary Functionalities from MSS Service map

Dear Friends,

I need to remove certain functionalities which are not relevant for our project from MSS Service map.How to do it?

Green marked fields I need to remove. Checked in LPD_CUST but there are many MSS roles

In portal Content Administration role, navigate to this MSS role and uncheck the applications for display.
