TM- Work shchedule error in PY

Hi All,

We are got one WS error in PY run :

Error :- "Customizing error in daily work schedule XX OFF"

Issue  identified : Issue was "PS grouping"(20) and DWS grouping (10) was didfferent in the table - "V_T508A" - Set Work Schedule Rules and Work Schedules.

My clarification  is when we run teh PY with the same TM WS set up there was no error in th first month that is in March 2015, but in April 2015 PY we got the above error .

Why this not happend in March 2015 PY ?

It could be due to employee having been transferred to a different PA/PSA, EG/ESG in April 2015,   This change could have caused in the groupings for WSR, PWS or DWS.  Normally when an employee is transferred, the transfer should be through a personnel action, which would include IT 1, 7, 8.  Even when the infotype/s is/are part of the pers action, it has been observed that users/administrators skip an infotype, without realising the impact. 

I suggest you check this aspect.

Have you generated WSR for March 2015?

Check and generate for this month and it will solve your issue.

Yes WS was generated for MAY 2015
