Hi Sanket,

Go to confirmation parameters in SPRO > Process Order > Operations > Confirmation > Define Confirmation

Select your plant and order type and go to detail view in change mode. Select tab "Individual Entery General". Under sub division of quantities, select Header Confirmation. Also check if you have Quality layout defined & assigned for scrap.

You will get scrap field in CORK. Incase you find error in posting scrap, go to COR4 and activate "scrap" under planning tab.

This should solve your problem. In case your still face issues, you can also create a sub screen (under scrap) but before that try the above solution.

Rohit

HI Rohit,

as mentioned in bove post in  tab "Individual Entery General". unable to find sub division of quantities.

Also tried through COR4 created order with no entry in scrap while order creation.

in CORK scrap feild is non editable , requriment is scrap to be entered at confirmation level.

Hi Sanket,

Below are the screenshot of settings. Please cross check in your system.

COR4 is a customizing transaction, the scrap indicator is in planning tab as shown below:

What I have suggested in my previous threads is to make changes in confirmation parameters and order type dependent parameters in order to have scrap functionality enabled in process order during confirmation. Do not maintain anything in Process order.

Regards,

Rohit

Note: Process order customing should be accessed via PPPI segment in SPRO

Hi Rohit,

For the first screen shot, if I am not wrong business function LOG_PP_SRN_CONF is active in your system (correct me if I am wrong)?

Kiran,

In OPK4N also it comes when you activate LOG_PP_SRN_CONF. At lease this is what I experienced.

Rahul,

Might be because when I checked my sandbox LOG_PP_SRN_CONF is switched on that is the reason I am able to see Shift reports and confirmation details additionally.

Hi Rahul,

Yes business function LOG_PP_SRN_CONF is active in my system and as Kiran mentioned, I am referrring to OPK4N.

Could you pls check in your system using OPK4N and see it is still not appearing. Also check for business function LOG_PP_SRN_CONF as mentioned by Rahul in above post.

Rohit

Hello,

Order type-dependent parameters (Transaction COR4) you can set whether a Scrap can be planned or confirmed in the process order. For this, you must activate the scrap flag (V_T399X_40-FLG_SCRAP) on tab page 'Planning' after that you can confirm the scrap.

Hi Sanket,

You define the same in OPK1 for single entry confirmation. Logically it should be available in CORK but check CO86, is it hidden.
