how to create a workflow in hana?

can anyone suggest me how to do a workflow in hana. how is it different than blueprint.

I do not understand your question.
You ask if doing workflow in Hana (development) is different from the Blueprint phase in a project?

Is that your question?

then the difference is, that development is in realization (next) phase.

A workflow is either configured if using one of the SAP delivered workflows, or developed if you need to build your own.
