BLANK DROP DOWN MENUS

Hi All

In ITS servers we are getting blank drop down menus for some users while for some other users the dropdown menus are working fine.

Can anyone advise what maybe the cause for such an error.

Hi

Tried to check if the languages is causing the problem. There are two languages installes in the server. English and German. So the problem maybe of translation.

The units of shopping carts are empty for some of the users. But the problem is momentary. Sometimes it is resolved after restarting the server. But we cannot find a permanent solution for the problem.

Hi Deb,

These users will beb having the value BE_F4_HELP assigned through the authorization object BBP_FUNCT to their user profiles. Just remove this value for this authorization object from all the roles assigned to them and check for the results.

The object mentioned is not assigned to the user who is facing the problem.
