EAM Firefighter ID User Access Control

Hi all,

Can a firefighter ID user in EAM end their approved access before the end of the Default Firefighter Validity Date that is set in GRC AC configuration settings (Param ID 4001)?  Is there a way to end an approved request access in NWBC?

Hi Scott,

As per standard functionality there is no such option.

Only way you can achieve this, define a process and all users requesting Firefighter IDs should submit a FF ID removal request once the activity of using FF ID is completed and FF ID owner should check and approve the removals.

Other way is once FF ID usage is completed, let the Firefighter user inform the Operations & Support (O&S) team and let them submit on behalf request for removal of FF ID or direct removal of FF ID from user from NWBC.
