Regarding SAP HANA One refund Issue

Hi,

I have subscribed for AWS few days back  but was not using the same and got some unexpected charges on me. .

So I registered my concern with AWS and called them for the same, They have refunded the money ( For may as well as June ) since I haven't used at all but they havnt refunded the SAP HANA ONE amount since its third party software owned by you guys and told me to contact you guys.

I tried reaching you guys on cell +1-800-872-1727 but havent got any reply. can you please help me in refunding the amount as I got a bill of 162$ which I havent used any service for single second and for month of june is 81$.

Since I am from India its costs me like anything which i cannot afford.

I have cancelled all my subscriptions and deleted my AWS account.
