I am in the process of configuring GRC / Portal for the first time to allow provisioning of Portal groups. I have been successful in setting up the connection between the two environments. Connection test via SM59 is successful. IDM Schema sync is successful. GRAC Repository sync is successful.
However, when I attempt to submit a request for provisioning of a Portal group to a user, nothing is happening on the portal side.
Audit log:
I am thinking the provisioning is not taking place due to the highlighted note "Provisioning log is not available", but I am unsure.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
We are on GRC 10.0 - SP14 / NW 7.3

Hi Tony,
Follow this note and the attachment in it. Do the steps exactly the way given in the document. I am sure you must have missed some point there.

Hi Tony,
I am also getting the same issue with the portal environment where the Repository Sync job is successful and while provisioning it does not assign roles or user group to the user.
the user source is LDAP.
Did you got the resolution, appreciate if you can share.
Thanks,
Rahul
