Submit button greyed out for Delegated Approver in EAM log report review

Hi experts,

When delegated approvers are trying to approve the EAM log reports, submit button is visible but greyed out in GRC10.1 SP08. However, they can approve the access requests as delegates. Anyone implemented the note 1713273 in 10.1 that has fixed this issue?

Hi Bhanu,

Maybe try assigning the Mitigating Control Monitor role to the user's GRC account?  There might be an auth object and value related to being able to process a Firefighter log.

I have not implemented the note you mention above.
