Activity Checkin not deploying to the NWDI

Hi,

We are using the NWDI for deployment activities, with automatic deployment on.

We checkin activities and able to see the changes in portal.This was happening without any issue.

Now, deployment is not happening with check in of activities.

Activity request view, show the request number with status as Tick Mark and Progressing(this used to come as ? earlier).

On checking the track and component details in NWDI, there is no broken DC or no errors.

Please let me know, is there a way to resolved this issue.

We checked there, all activities were in queue list only.

Later tried manual deployment with build space, which shows the actual error.

Admin id was not connecting to the deploy tool. It worked after correcting.
