Hi,

Could you check with Oracle services under services.msc,these all should be in running state or if possible share the snap-shot for services.msc.

One more thing which i would like to check here for complete disability of any type of firewall as well as for Antivirus if any.Try to disable windows firewall & Antivirus to re-check again.

Please confirm.

Thanks,

Hello ,

Login with oraSID at OS Level and execute the comment  " relink all".

Let me know if you still facing the issue.

Hello ,

The screen shot clearly that you have login SIDadm user. Can you login with Administrator or oraSID and try to start the database. if not then do the command "relink all".

Let us know if you still facing the issue.

Hi Brindavan,

Even when I try to login as administraor I am not able to enter DB using sqlplus

I have checked environmental variable and they are all pointing to correct values.

secondly I checked relink all I think that works only in UNIX and not in Windows environment as I tried and binary is not there in /oracle/SMS/11203/bin

How old was your backup? Did you restore the same SID?

Hi Mark,

Try the below comments

C:\set ORACLE_SID=<SID>

SQL> conn /@<SID> as sysdba

Also, Check the below user  operating system users and groups

ORA_DBA -> <sid>adm, SAPService<SID>

ORA_<SID>_DBA -> <sid>adm, SAPService<SID>

ORA_<SID>_OPER -> <sid>adm, SAPService<SID>

SAP_LocalAdmin -> <sid>adm, SAPService<SID>

SAP_<SID>_GlobalAdmin -> <sid>adm, SAPService<SID>

SAP_<SID>_LocalAdmin -> <sid>adm, SAPService<SID>

Check the ORACLE_HOME path set correctly

Let us know if you still facing the issue.

Thanks,

Hi,

Check if all Oracle services are running.

Start -> run -> services.msc -> OracleserviceSID and other services are running.

Login as SIDadm and check if ORACLE_SID is properly set.

Thanks,

Sharib
