Budget Exceeded error after Settlement RUN.

Dear Expert’s,

I faced the problem while click on saving/check the release budget in CJ32. Basically it’s happened after run the PS settlement. (During the settlement run I face problem “Budget exceeded” and then I run Budget deactivated by CJBW then settlement run perfectly.) I thing/ perhaps here have mistaken in configuration. Please all GURU/Experts make helping hug to resolve this issue as soon as possible. 

In bellow I shear my configuration on Settlement Profile, Network Settlement Profile, network Profile, Planning Profile, Budget Profile, Availability control and project profile.

It seems SAP has been removed it & facing the same issue at the time of CJ88.

Please assign Settlement cost element to every leves WBS. Not assign upper level WBS to lower level WBS.

Dear Hamayet,

  I am also facing with same issue .  I have a 3 level of WBS & I am tried to settle the 1st level WBS to cost center as all cost are roll up to first level , but it it gives error Maintain settlement rule of sender & if i assign settlement rule for lower level WBS &sender as upper level WBS then system is throwing error of Item 001 WBS element xxxxxxx Budget exceeded , message no. BP604. I think it may be roll up double cost to upper level WBS from lower level WBS.

     Now I don't understand that whether I am doing something wrong process or system error because I am doing this process first time . Please help anyone ASAP.

Thanks for your reply , here I am sharing Screen shot of Error message please go through it also as mentioned above I have 3 levels of WBS & I have to settle the cost to Cost center (Either Project definition or first level WBS) . Also let me know your settlement steps.

Hi Virendra,

In standard, system should not give a message like that at settlement, so refer this note, if you didn't come across the two solution mentioned in the note, then you need to raise to SAP.
