Hi Experts,

I am implementing  grc 10.1, and am having a problem on the second level of approval by HR structure.

Created a path and two stages, with the first can approve correctly, but when the wf goes  into the second level of approval the approver that is find is the same approver of the first stage.

Someone help me?

Attached the print log of workflow.

Best regards,

Eduardo Silva

Hi Eduardo ,

What is the Agent Id you have used in second level of approval. Correct me if I am wrong ,It looks you have used GRAC_MANAGER at both stage of Path GRAC_FUNCOES.

You have to use different agent id for Senior Manager .

Thanks,

Mamoon

Eduardo,

what rule are you using for agent Z_MANAGER and Z_SENIOR? GRAC_MSMP_MANAGER_AGENT only works for the user requested and not for the manager of the manager.

I recommend to create your own agent rule to get the manager of the manager. Similar content is already available on SCN (search for BRFplus).

Hi Alessandro,

Do you have any example how to create this brf rule?

I have already created a initiator rule, can i use the same?

Hi Eduardo,

please use the search engine and you will be successful (I have to do the same).

Initiator rule is not the same as an agent rule - hence you cannot use it. You need to configure a dedicated agent rule.
