Experts,

Having an issue with GRC10.1 MSMP using an SAP delivered routing rule.  Specifically we want to detour a request if an SOD exists to a specific path/stage, but the rule is not re-routing when an SOD exists.  We have maintained the routing enabled within MSMP Maintain Paths (step 5) under both task settings and under the additional details in the MSMP stage.  Any ideas why the rule ID is not routing the access request?  I have included two screen

Note - Parameter ID 1071 is currently set to YES

Dear Ryan,

did you remove the mapping for the mitigation policy in access requests?

Go to SPRO > GRC > Access Control > Maintain AC Applications and BRFplus Function Mapping

Remove the entry for "Request Mitigation Policy".

Let us know if this helps.

Hi Ryan,

Did you mapped this routing in Maintain Route Mapping step of MSMP?

You have to define here from which path and stage it should route  to and where.

Thanks,
