Guide for starters

Hello All,

We have given access to business users to 4.1 environment to write reports.  We need some training manual/guide to help the users to build their own reports. Can you please help

The Free SAP Tutorials are a great place to start.
You might want to compliment this with a Workshop conducted by SAP Consulting for example or attending one of the official SAP Training courses , some of which are also available as e-learning.

You need to come up with your own depending on your users usage. You can take the reference of User guide and create your own.

Start with basic functionallity like how create new reports, save, export, formatting of the reports, report filters, input control, . Depending on the level of users, you can go more detail.

There are SAP vidoes availble for starters. Search in Google. Send the links to end users, or prepare your guides based on the videos.
