Budget Check for Annual values

Hi,

I have assigned budget for 2014 only for single wbs element rs.1000 , then i have created PO qty 10 rs.50 for 2014 Doc.date and delivery date is 2014.

i havn't assign budget in 2015 then i posted GRN in 2015 aganist PO but it allowing to post actual cost.

where we can control for this in standard.

is there any scenario.

Yes, system is checking the budget availability for the superior WBS element.For your requirement you can try with "Release budget" functionality.But at this moment it can not be done to this project.

we are not following Releases. i have budget assigned in lower level wbs element.

What about your P.Os delivery dates for this WBS element.

Can you please try by allocating 1 INR/USD only against the subject WBS for Fy 2015 and try MIGO again and let us know if system gives budget error.

What ever you said i.e correct. but without assignment 1INR/USD, trying to create GRN for 2015 it's allowing.

but when try for New PR or PO it is throuing error.

Did you carry far worded the budget and commitments of this WBS element to 2015?

Thanks for reply, No we are not carryforward, I Create any PR or PO in 2015 it's throuing error this functionality ok. but at the time previous year PO or PR's not throuing error.
