Error Security Authentication CreateTicketLoginModule

Hi,

We are having issues in logging on to SAP EP (NW7.31). System is coming up and running, but after entering the user credentials in either /nwa or /irj/potal, system doesn't take to the home page ( of nwa and portal) but remain on the same page.

Nevertheless, system is checking the user's credentials because if we enter wrong password for the user, error message shows "User Authentication failed".

I have checked blogs and SAP notes but they provide the solution using NWA or Visual Admin ( Not available in 7.31) , but none of them are accessible.

NWA  -->  logon not possible

Visual Admin  --> Obsolete

I believe there would be a way out to perform the steps as mentioned in SAP Note :  791649 - User unable to logon by ticket also from OS level.

Please provide some inputs, how it could be resolved.

Hi All,

Thanks for the updates.. But I manage to solve the issue by change the value of the parameter com.sap.security.api.IUser.getUserAccounts()

Its not custom logon page, its a standard SAP Portal logon page.

Would you mind posting the  security log file  ( Just after you try loging in once again with the correct userid /pass ) from

/usr/sap/<SID>/JC<>/server0/log/system/security.log

and the latest default trace file
