how to use sharepoint lists as datasource in information tool design

Hello,

I'm fairly new to information design tool (universes) but I would like to make a connection to a sharepoint list via a datasource.

I've tested in using the provided webservices to call the data ( cf. Windows SharePoint Services Web Services)

via <New Relation Connection>-> <Generic - Web Services (WSDL 1.1)>

Example URL : http://<site>/_vti_bin/Lists.asmx?WSDL

But it seems SAP has a problem parsing the WSDL (in other tools different than SAP , the WSDL works fine and no parsing error occur)

ERROR:

"WSDLException: faultCode=PARSER_ERROR: Problem parsing '- WSDL Document -'.: org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: Premature end of file."

Anybody some experience in this matter?

FYI , OData is not yet supported in our version of sharepoint . It seems v2013 is needed.

Thanks in advance

Regards,

Steven
