Dear all,

I am facing this error while saving the billing document created with reference to a sales order.

Please guide me for I have not come across such type of error earlier.

Hi Lucas,

Could you share the message number for the same. Plus cross check in sales order what do you see for this line item in conditions.

thanks for the replies. We have resolved the issue.

While debugging the code we found out that there was an issue in the rate field due to which it was giving the error.

Please if any user exit process during the billing

Check specific user exit if commit work have written in side the user exit

thanks for the replies, in the the conditions tab of the sales order it shows the condition value as 37.50 and I dont see any issue here.

You can check SM13 transaction(Update requests) for for more details , in which FM update is terminating.

It seems the sale order itself is having some issue with value.  Have you checked the incompletion log or the condition tab of sale order?
