Choose only systems for Usr Grps that exist under Usr Acc tab. xxx invalid

When I'm raising a request for creating an account in one certain system using the Model user, I'm getting the error "Choose only systems for Usr Grps that exist under Usr Acc tab <xxx> invalid".

Can someone help me what is the issue in our GRC 10.1 system?

Hi Jenilyn,

Does that reference(Model) user exist in the system you want to provision?

Check the user group the model user is part of .Its because this user group does not exist in the certain system you want new user to provision.

Check this note 1831393 ..

I resolved the issue by putting NO on parameter 5024 and it's working now.
