Number of connections to a report by user

We want  to obtain the number of connections to a report by user.

We can do that with Query Builder or we need to activate de audit database?

If by "connections to a report" you mean the number of times a user has accessed / refreshed a report (e.g. historic data), then you need auditing data.

Do you know any document or the steps to follow to activate the auditing data in one installation (BO XI 3.1 SP3) without any Data Base created to audit.
