AR/AP Vendor Master Data Report

Hi community,

I have a requirement of :

1- Getting  AP Vendors created before year X  with no activity  ( the report should show the latest activity)

2- same thing for AR Customers

2- also get all AR customers with no activity for the  last  year

Hi Cecile,

Check the below reports for check there is no sale/purchase activity for the specified year.

S_ALR_87012186- Customer sale (here select Account w/o sales check box)

S_ALR_87012093 - Vendor purchae (here select Account with no purchases)

Hi Cecile,

i don't remember any such report on top of my head.

You can follow below approach:

1. Find all Vendor and Customers from LFA1 and KNA1- give creation date as per your requiremnt

2. Find the postings from BSIK & BSAK for Vendor, BSID and  BSAD for Customer during a specific period

Other approach can be:

1. Take all the Vendors created from LFA1, pass it in FBL1N, run this report for Posting Date from and To

Once you have these records you can do a Vlookup to find vendor not present in BSIK and BSAK, these vendors are the ones dont have any activity, similar approach for Customer as well.
