Hi,
I have one doubt about the button Actions on solution manager incident management.
Why this button does not appear on others incidents. Can anyone explain me the behavior of this button "Actions".

The action ZMIN_STD_MAIL is not getting scheduled it seems. Also you need to be in edit mode for that.
