Dear PM Gurus,
My client has one requirement that, whenever a breakdown notification/order is created in system it should be reflected in PP Capacity planning and no production order can be processed using that work center.
I have done the same configuration for preventive maintenance through standard but couldn't achieve for breakdown!
Is there any standard way to achieve this for breakdown?
Thanks in advance!

Hi.. Shivkumar,
as per your requirement you have to do the below :-
1. Maintain the PP Work Center in Equipment >> Location Tab>>Work Center.
2. When you Create Breakdown Maintenance Order Select System Condition Should be "0" not in Operation.
>>> after selecting this , work Center capacity consumed against the Maintenance order.
3. run TCode :- CM25 you can see the Work Order with consumed capacity.

Dear Lokesh,
Thanks for the reply, I have tried as you said but breakdown is not reflecting in CM25 of the work center.
I have done following :
Maintained PP work center in location tab of equipment
Created breakdown maintenance order w.r.t to notification,
Maintained breakdown tick in order and system condition to '0' Not in operation,
Released the order & Saved,
Ran tcode CM25 & CM21 it was not reflected in any of the tcode.
Did i missed something or there is any configuration which i missed?
Kindly reply,
Regards,
Shiv
Thanks a lot everyone for you replies it does reflect in CM25.
Actually while testing before i did not put work hours required to complete the job, because of which it was not reflecting in planning chart.
After maintaining the work hours in order and capacity formula in work center, everything is working fine.
Thanks to you all again for all your replies !!!
Regards,
Shiv

Hi Shivkumar,
Create work center and assign it to equipment location tab work center.
When you check capacity for work center it reflect in planning board.
We tried this for planned maintenance not sure abt b/ d maintenance.
