EVS data not saving to backend

hello

I have a table in which there is a button "New". on clikc of this new button a new gets added to table with evs in it, showing usenames.

i have succesfully created the evs in different rows of table .

the problem is : If i added 2 or more than two rows in the table with EVS, and click on "save" button, only one row gets saved in the backend and not all

any help would be appreciated
