email to mitigation control owner in GRC10.0 Access Control

Hello Experts,

We have created access request with some roles and submitted,It went for approval and approver ran the risk analysis,found some risks

for user access,approver mitigated the risks with mitigation controls,up to this everything is fine.

But whenever we mitigate risk id,the email is triggering to mitigation control owner,we have not configured any workflow.

bit surprised on this.

Any idea what could be the reason.

Dear Pavi,

please change parameter 1035 to NO so that the owner does not receive the notification.
