Role approver E-MAIL in GRC

Hello together,

how can I maintain the NEU E-Mail-Address of the role approver in GRC AC 10.0. The role approver has already been maintained, now Needs to be changed the E-mail

Hello,

You need to change in GRC ABAP system.

Go to SU01 and provide approver user id and change mail id

Then mail will trigger to maintained email address for approval.

I don't know this. I have not the authorisation for SU01 /SU01D in GRC ABAP. I see the User in NWBC -> Setup -> Access Owners -> Access Control Owners as Role Owner. Now I need to see the User Details (In particular the email)

As Baithi suggested, you need to change the mail address in SU01 only.

You can ask your authorization/Security team to do this..

I have unterstood what Baithi has written. I want to know if the user Details are somewhere in NWBC to see.

Hi,

You cannot get user details in NWBC.If you have auth. to SE16/SE11, just refer the table GRACUSER where in you can get the maintained email id of the user in field EMAIL.

Hi,

Check with respective team who maintains user data in SU01 and ask them to change the email address of the role owner as required.

If you dont have access to SU01, try SU01D and check the email id and get it corrected as required.
