HI ,
we are using solman7.1 sp12 last few days due to some network issue i have to changed the solution manager ip .
after change ip java instance not started in solman system . please help i have attached some screen shot and log file for your refernce .

Create a logon group PUBLIC and then restart the Java stack.
As the error was it is not able to connect to the ABAP system with PUBLIC logon group.

Remove all the entries from host file.
Just give a try.

I have changed some ume paramter the error has been changed before but problem is same . i have checked std_server_0 log file there is no error showing . But in (log_bootstrap_ID025143350.0.log )
showing same error . i have attached java table screen shot and latest std_server_0 log file .

at com.sybase.jdbc3.jdbc.ErrorMessage.raiseError(ErrorMessage.java:752)
but this error i am not able to understand .

Your java system is not coming up due to below error

ERROR Group Public not found"
is your ASCS service is up and running?
Restart the SAP services by using services.msc tool.
