Two incoming email ports for two different clients(smtp)

Dear Gurus,

We want to configure two incoming emails for two different clients

client 500 : 25001 (we will configure that)

client 700 : 25000

Still below parameter is maintained and all mails coming from 25000 to all clients. Which parameter should we maintain for 500 client coming 25001 ?

icm/server_port_1 -:- PROT=SMTP,PORT=25000,TIMEOUT=120,PROCTIMEOUT=120

How can we configure that ?
