SAP Mobile Secure Trial - MDM not working

Hello

I have set up a trial for SAP Mobile Secure to test out some functionality.

The problem I am having is that I cannot push any policies/apps etc to the devices.

The devices enrol successfully.

When I try to apply config policies or install apps I get a successful message but nothing happens on the devices.

I have also noticed that there is an error that was brought up in a previous thread with regards the apple push certificate.

I don't think this is an issue as I can see in the server tab that a push certificate is already installed.

Any ideas on why the MDM is not working?

This looks like some internal problem we would need to investigate.

Please open a support incident for component MOB-SEC (https://support.sap.com).

After testing I believe the issue has been fixed now on the cloud service.
