best way to submit a feature not working

hello,

i'm trying to figure out where the best place is to submit a feature that isn't working?

the idea place is for enhancements.

the forum is for questions or comments about using the software.

i'm not really sure what the "send feedback" feature in lumira is for.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

To get support on product issues you should report an incident through

You can also reach out to

'Send Feedback' feature in Lumira allows you to send a problem to lumira team along with screen shots and logs right from the Lumira Desktop. You should use this option when you do not intend to track the problem that you want to report.
