installation stuck off

APPRECIATE IF ASSITANCE PROVIDED TO INSTALL WITHOUT FORMAT MY SYS

m TRY to install sap 703 on licenced win 8.1, but it display error on IMPORT ABAP, my log files are

Are you able to connect to the MAXDB database with control user?

Also do check the status of MAXDB database state.
