Your question is too generic. What document type and what kind of duplication do you want to query against? Give an example.

The entries in production displaying 4 times against 1 item. so, I want to know who(user) have entered these entries multiple times with date & time by using SAP B1 query?

Try with change log under Tools. If you query, then try with tables OWOR and AWOR to get those details.
