Communication channel availability planning to run last Working Day of month

Hi,

In Communication Channel Monitoring there is the Availability Planning Tool to specify more precisely when the Communication Channel is available.

I would like to know if it is possible to set this to run the Last Working Day of the month?

I see options to run this every month on the last day, but of course the last day of a month might be a Saturday or something in which case it should run on the Friday.

Any ideas greatly appreciated.

Hello Glen ,

You might have to schedule different availability plannings for every month based on your requirement.

SAP does provide the option to choose what day of the month and you can restrict it based upon the month.

So see the calendar for the year and schedule accordingly for every month.
