REG : PO Status still awaiting approver for Change version PO

Hi GURUS,

I have a weird scenario here,

We are using PCW for SRM 7.

For Purchase Order, we have change version Approval workflow.

The problem that I am facing is, when I changed an ordered PO, it fetches the approver and is sent for the approval.

Once the approver approves the PO, the status of the PO in the approver's inbox is not changed, its still in 'Awaiting Approval' status.

Also, one more level  in the Approval Process Overview tab is added, with the status as Open for decision, May be because of the the status of the PO is in Awaiting Approval. I am not sure why I am facing this issue, and why the approvel level is added with the same approver.

The workitem is going to the approver for approval in a loop.

Please help me to resolve this issue.

Hi Gurus,

I was able to eliminate the above issue, by deactivating the RESTART BADI.

But the issue is, I want the restart scenario too...
the change and the restarting both have the same logic for the fields, which changed, restart shud take place.

How can I achieve the same, by not deactivating the restart badi.
