Dear experts,   we are facing the below issue while migrating from classical interfaces to ICO using migration tool.

Receiver interface Rule does not match the signature of sender interface

Please check and let help me to resolve the issue.

Interface : Proxy to JDBC or SOAP.

Receiver Rules are not supported in migration as per the blog by William Li

This might be reason you are getting the error. Check the doc under Limitations.

What is your  PI SP?

According with this note 1986469 - NF: Support of receiver rules in integrated configuration, AEX only supports Receiver Rules form PI 7.31 SP013 or PI 7.4 SP008.

Hi Srinu,

Since it is proxy to JDBC/SOAP scenario, for ICO configuration you need Business system and its channel for inbound processing stage.

Can you pls check whether SAP business system is maintained in SLD or not in the target system, since while migrating when the tool tries to create the corresponding ICO for the classical scenario, it won't create the business system(it will take from the SLD of target system)

Hi Srinu,

I believe you already have created corresponding BS & Proxy channel (SOAP over Proxy) to be used at Sender Side in your new PI ID.

Also check if you are able to create the ICO directly for an Interface without any tool.

Yes,

for Classical Scenario there won't be...but for ICO you need to have one.

Hence fpls create BS & CC for Proxy in ur new PI system prior.
