Cant add new Website to the Cloud Portal

Hello Guys,

i use a Trial account to test the SAP HANA Cloud Portal.

I have got a Problem with adding a new Website to my Account.. If i click on the "Save and Open" Button a new Tab flares up and dissappears.

I checked the Roles.. My User has got the "Tenant_Admin" Role allready.

I hope someone can help me.

Hi Florian,

What browser are you using?
Can you "Save and Open" when browsing in private mode ?

(I'm asking that since in private browsing borwser's add-ons are disabled)

thank you for your reply.

I use the Internet Explorer 11.0....

I dont use the Private Mode. But when i do ist a empty window..

Do you think it could be a Problem of the Internet Explorer? (Cant install another browser because its a companies Laptop)

Hi Florian,

I've just entered my Trail account with Internet Explorer 11.0

When I click on "Save and Open" a new tab is opened and I can see the new site.

Maybe there is a popup blocker that is installed on your browser?

Perhaps there is a settings in the IE that prevents from content to be rendered in a new tab?
