Distance calculation

Hi,

We are setting up charge management based on distances .Currently TM 9.2 is not connected to GIS server and is considered out of scope.

Can the experts inform how will the distance calculation be done in this scenario so that charge calculation can be  done effectively.

In case no external GIS is connected the only way distance determination can be done is based on MTR dependend straight line calculation. So basically start to destination coordinates and a deviation factor applied.

There are settings available in TM to pick the distance from the Transportation lane.
